  2. Take the radio out with radio removal keys (some have extra screws to undo first).
  3. Copy the serial from the label: 14 letters and numbers starting GM.

That van uses a Fiat-built CD 50 radio. Type the serial from its label into the free check: if we can’t do it, you pay nothing.

Is the serial on the screen?

No. Vauxhall radios keep it on a label, so the radio has to come out.

Can you do every Vauxhall Combo radio?

How do I enter the code on a Vauxhall Combo?

Hold the AS key down while switching the radio on. The display shows SAFE, then 10 - - - -, where the 10 is how many attempts you have left. Preset 1 sets the first digit, preset 2 the second, preset 3 the third and preset 4 the fourth — press each repeatedly until the right digit shows. Then press and hold AS until it beeps. A wrong entry means starting the whole number again.
