Find your sat nav serial

  1. Look in the handbook wallet first: Honda often supplied a card with the sat nav code on it.
  2. No card? The sat nav serial is on a sticker on the sat nav unit: where the map DVD goes in, or on the sat nav box in the boot.
  3. It is usually 8 numbers, sometimes with 3 letters in front.
  4. Can’t get to it? Send us a photo instead.
Step 2

Put the code in

Once your code arrives, key it in like this.

  1. Turn the ignition on. The sat nav screen asks for the code.
  2. Put the code in with the on-screen keypad or the dial.
  3. Select Done (or ENT) to confirm.

After several wrong tries the sat nav stops accepting codes for a while. Leave the ignition on and try again later.
