Find my code

Bought a code here and lost it? Put in the email you paid with and we send your order links again. Free, for six years.

Links go to the address that paid, not on screen. A lost link can’t become somebody else’s code.

Never bought one here?

Then there’s nothing of yours to find on this page. Type your radio’s serial into the free check instead: we name the radio, say whether we can do it and show the price, all before you pay.

Lost a radio code — what now?

I bought a code here and lost it

Put the email address you paid with in the box above. We email every order link on that address back to you, free, for as long as we hold the order — six years. The codes are not shown on this page: they go to the address that paid, so a lost link cannot become somebody else’s code.

I never had the code, or bought it somewhere else

Then there is nothing of yours to find here. Type your radio’s serial into the free check instead — we say in seconds whether we can work your code out, and what it costs.

I have lost the code card that came with the car

Check the handbook wallet, the service book and the glovebox first: many cars came with a small security card, and some dealers wrote the code inside the glovebox lid. If it is gone, the free check is quicker than a dealer and does not need your V5C.

I have the code but the radio will not take it

That is usually the wrong code for that radio, or a radio that is still counting down after wrong attempts. Read the lock message on the screen first — it tells you which.

More on the free routes worth trying first: free radio codes. Radio showing LOCKED, WAIT or SAFE? What each message means.
