What we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

Who we share it with
- Stripe — payments.
- Our hosting and email providers — to run the site and send emails.
- Official UK vehicle-record services — only if you use the registration lookup.
We don’t sell your data.
Offer emails
We send two kinds of offer, and only to people who have ordered or started to order from us:
- If you start an order and don’t finish paying, one email with a discount code and a link back to it, and a day later one reminder with a link back to it. Never more than one reminder a week.
- With a code we deliver, a discount for the next one.
Every one of them has a link to stop them, and your mail app’s own unsubscribe button works too. Stopping them doesn’t affect emails about an order you’ve placed — your code, a refund, a reply from us — which always come through. We don’t send anything else, and nobody else sends you anything on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion (where we don’t have to keep it) or object to processing. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
