What we do differently
- We check before you pay. Our free check identifies your radio and — for most radios — shows the first number of your code.
- We’re honest about what we can’t do. If we can’t produce your code, we say so up front.
- We show you how to enter it. Clear steps for your exact radio, plus help if it locks.
- Your code stays on your order page. The link works for 6 years, and Find my code sends it again if you lose it.
How we get codes
We work the code out from your serial, find it in the codes the makers issued, or look it up by hand. We never guess.
How long we’ve been doing this
We have been finding radio codes for over 10 years. It is the only thing we do.
What we don’t do
Radio and sat nav codes, nothing else. No key PINs, no immobiliser bypass, no mileage — nothing that helps somebody drive away a car that isn’t theirs. Asked for any of it, the answer is no, whatever the story.
We expect the car to be yours, or the owner’s say-so. We don’t ask you to prove it — that would be theatre — but if something looks wrong we ask, and we keep enough of a record to answer the police.
