How to find your Citroën Relay radio serial number

Where it is

On the label

  1. The serial is not shown on screen.
  2. Take the radio out with 4 release keys (2 each side) until they click, then pull.
  3. The label is on the metal case, on the back or one of the sides.
  4. It reads A2C and then a long run of numbers — type the whole thing in. Only the last 4 numbers are the serial and we take them for you.

Is the Relay the same as the Jumper?

Yes. Jumper is the same van sold under a different name abroad.

Can you do a 2016 Relay?

Often yes. Those have a Continental VP1 or VP2, whose label reads A2C and a long number — type the whole line in. If it is a touchscreen there is no label serial, and the free check tells you for nothing.

On the label on the radio, so the radio needs to come out.

Can you do every Citroën Relay radio?

For 2002–2006, 2006–2014, yes: the code appears on screen as soon as you have paid; for 2014 on, by email within 2 hours. The free check tells you which yours is before you pay.
